Hydrohex
Samuli Vihervirta is a graduate from Turku UAS’ BusinessAcademy. Now, his life is focused on the continuously growing startup company Hydrohex. The company, which was founded in Vihervirta’s parents’ garage, operates in the field of digital water sports and has already grown into a globally significant business idea.
Hydrohex is an on-demand, virtual aqua fitness concept, which offers experiences independent from schedules for modern customers. The business model is based on renting the workout software and the suitable equipment. The customers are companies which own a swimming pool.
The first international customers in Scandinavia and Central Europe have already implemented the service and in spring 2020, the company focused on quick growth in Great Britain, where the first pilots had previously been implemented.
